Founded by Stephen Kasprzak, a leader in Maine's housing industry, today the Kasprzak name is synonymous with imaginative properties. This can be seen first hand in the attractively planned neighborhoods in southern and mid-coast Maine. Over the past two decades Kasprzak Homes has designed and built over 75 new home communities in York and Cumberland counties - representing over 2,000 finely crafted homes.

In 1995, Kasprzak began the development of unique condominium communities beginning with Waterford Green and Coventry Woods in Kennebunk, followed by River Ridge in Topsham, and Spinnaker Ridge in Wells, and in 2003, Signature Pines in Brunswick. In 2004, Phase II of Signature Pines was launched along with Shiretowne Common, the final phase of Coventry Woods in Kennebunk. Pheasant Knoll, an age-qualified community in Gorham, Maine was started in Spring 2005. Now, in 2006, were proud to introduce Riverbend Woods located in Wells…the “friendliest town in Maine”
